Welsh broadcaster Jamie Owen shared his lifelong passion for the sea on two breathtaking journeys around the stunning coast of Wales.

Magic Islands. . . . .
On his first voyage aboard the pilot cutter 'Mascotte' Jamie Owen heads for six of the islands that lie just off the Welsh coast. He learns how isolation is a way of life for the monks of Caldey Island, meets the Ramsey Island farmer with a tragic story to tell and the artist inspired by the beauty of Anglesey. Through storms and treacherous tides, Jamie's voyage around Wales is never plain sailing but is always eventful.

Magic Harbours. . . . .
After the success of his voyage around the Welsh Islands, Jamie Owen embarks on another adventure, this time to discover some of the hidden treasures of Wales' many harbours. The long summer days and picturesque locations make 'Magic Harbours' a visual treat that shows the Welsh landscape at its magnificent best. The music, history, people and their stories ensure 'Magic Harbours' is a journey to remember.
