However mind over matter is a much valued strength of Jane's, along with cool and level headed versatility, qualities which have been the vehicle of her achievements. 17 years of training, sales and marketing experience at a national management level.

RYA Dinghy instructor. Owain came to us from Reaseheath College, Nantwich 5 years ago where he studied for a career in outdoor pursuits, Owain was certainly built for this job. His skills as an instructor are immense, children and adults alike succumb to his bubbly personality allowing him to get the job done.

Mike Jenkins (Spike). . . . .
RYA/MCA Yacht Master Offshore in both Sailing & Motor Power Skipper with Commercial Endorsement & a life times experience of water sports. Mike is an active crew member on the Mumbles inshore and offshore RNLI lifeboats. Mike's business and local knowledge is a great asset to Euphoria. Mike is a senior player in Gower SOS (Save Our Sands).

Tim Davies . . . . .
Tim has taken to being a wakeboarding Instructor and a Kayak leader with a passion. Cool headed and aware on power boats, he is one of our finest freelance watersports instructors. Tim also runs his own company, Tim Davies Productions is a Swansea based film company which specialise in wedding, commercial and sporting videos.

James Youren . . . . .
James is a demon paddler with a charming and friendly manner. James has been gaining much work experience with us, including Sales, Customer support and other water sports. There is no end to his talents and we fully appreciate his support this far. Below is a video of James preparing to jump off the 1st spreaders of Euphoria's mast - he did make it.

Our infamous double act - covered 7 days a week between them. Always willing and most of the time able. Kayak leaders and instructor assistants.

Julien Steimetz. . . . .
From Orlean, France and an Assistant dinghy instructor. Julien has now worked with us for 5 seasons, he originally stayed as an English studying student but we quickly recognised his sailing and wind surfing talents. Julien is an excellent teacher and a big hit with the children. Studying mechanical engineering in France we hope he can help out again with us next year. Many thanks for your valued help in 2007. Sorry about the Olympic bid!!
